Processing of data collected in the forms and rights

In accordance with Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, the rights that the interested party has in terms of data protection They are: right of access, rectification, deletion (the right to be forgotten), limitation of processing, data portability, opposition and not being subject to automated individual decisions. Likewise, Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, obliges the data controller to make available to citizens the means to exercise said rights.

Request for processing of personal data: permanently open

The system is prepared for you to exercise the rights of articles 15 to 22 of the RGPD that are applicable according to the legal basis of the treatment:

• Right of access: request information about your personal data as well as their processing.
• Right to rectification: request that inaccurate data be rectified or that existing data be completed.
• Right to deletion (“the right to be forgotten”): you have the right to the deletion of your personal data in the cases contemplated in the regulations.
• Right to limitation of processing: requests that the processing of personal data be suspended in certain circumstances.
• Right to data portability: you request your personal data, which will be provided to you in a structured format.
• Right to object: you can object to the processing of your personal data.
• Right not to be subject to automated individual decisions: you can request not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing.

Data Category

Identification data: Surname and first name, NIF/CIF, postal and electronic address, telephone number. Tax identification data of the requesting entity. Data for the application of the assessment criteria: Previous activities related to the object of the request, training, awards and other merits.

Data transfer

Certain data will be shared with the selection committees for the assessment of the applicant's identity and their participation in the program. Likewise, they may be incorporated into the databases of the organizing entities for the development of study programs and development of the sector and its internationalization.

Conservation period

They will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from said purpose and the processing of the data, in accordance with Law 58/2003, of December 17, General Tax, in addition to the periods established in the regulations for files and documentation of the program
