Participation requirements for performing spaces:
- Being the owner or manager of a performing space, circuit or festival where performances take place.
- Submit a programming project that contains: a minimum of 6 functions, whether it's 3 shows with 2 performances each or 2 shows with 3 performances each. All shows must be selected from the catalog of this edition.
- Companies that are part of or associated with the space cannot be selected.
- Have a room with at least 80 seats, although it may be programmed in other spaces such as outdoor public spaces.
- Prove in writing that the programming presented has not received or is pending receipt of any other subsidy approved by the INAEM or another public body.
*You cannot select shows only from your autonomous community.
Evaluation criteria :
- Quality of the project aimed at children and youth presented: description, justification, recipients, balance and variety of styles and formats in the chosen programming, shows and related activities, …
- Presentation of a special program to promote the performing arts for children and youth: actions aimed at creating audiences, mediation campaigns with the community, communication strategies, etc.
- That the project contemplates accessibility and works on inclusion.
- Project innovation.
- Being a territory with a programming deficit
- That presents a link with entities in the territory.
Once the artistic proposals have been selected and the programming projects selected, work will be carried out with the programmers to see the viability of the tour and finish determining the calendar that will make up the programming of each of the spaces. It is intended that the finally selected companies perform in at least two of the proposed spaces and perform a minimum of 2 functions in each of them.
The spaces will be able to access a maximum aid of €13,000 for hiring shows and activities complementary to the exhibition.
The circuit will try to support those smaller spaces with fewer resources, which is why it establishes aid percentages that vary:
- Publicly managed spaces: up to 65% of the programming price.
- Privately managed public spaces: up to 70% of the programming price.
- Private spaces: up to 75% of the programming price.
- Private spaces with less than less than 120 seats: up to 80% of the programming price.
It will be especially valued if the programming contains actions aimed at the development of audiences and mediation that pursue transformative purposes.
The circuit will offer support and accompaniment to the participating spaces for the development of their programming and public service and mediation actions.
Commitment of spaces:
- Commit to carrying out the project presented.
- Make the payment of the percentage of the programming that corresponds in each case.
- Submit an evaluation at the end of the circuit.
- Contribute to the dissemination of the circuit both on the company's website and social networks.
- Include the ASSITEJ Circuit logo in your graphic material.
- Provide documentation required during the circuit.
- Do not make changes, cancellations or modifications to the agreed programming without the express written authorization of the circuit coordination.

- Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email and will be able to register your space.
- Subsequently, from the SPACE REGISTRATION section, the required information must be filled out along with the programming proposal.

ASSITEJ Circuit will take place between September and December 2022.

The realization of the ASSITEJ CIRCUIT is in any case subject to the granting, by INAEM, of the aid intended for this purpose to ASSITEJ Spain.
